Dedicated to Unemployed PMETs especially the older workers

Workers in their 40s and 50s face a tougher time in the job market because their existing skills and paper qualifications are often no longer as valued by employers, some human resources experts told The Straits Times. Over 72% of locals who were retrenched last year were aged 40 and above, according to Ministry of Manpower data.

Is 40s old? Not at all. It is those who have not geared themselves up to the technologies, skills and correct work attitudes who are ‘OLD’.
If you can bring solid value propositions to the table, there will naturally be another project or another job for you.

It’s also up to older workers to equip themselves with in-demand skills. You can’t stop learning, because your skills quickly become obsolete.”
